Perchance to dream. Many of us would welcome back the old Mother Met with open arms. Just imagine, no whooping, puking college kids; a security force that is well trained, visible and effective; landscaping that doesn't look like a disaster area because it's done by trained groundskeepers who take pride in their work; clean buildings that don't stink of garbage; a service department with skilled handymen, plumbers and electricians who can take care of maintenence requests which are handled by a competent and responsive clerical staff. I'm getting all misty-eyed here. Sadly, all of the above are concepts totally foreign to Tishman Speyer.
