Gunpoint Robbery at Stuy Town T-Mobile Store

From Town & Village:

Police are on the lookout for two men who held up a Stuyvesant Town T-Mobile store at gunpoint on Sunday.

At December 13 at 3:30 p.m., the suspects walked into the store located at 322 First Avenue and East 19th Street. While one of them waved a gun around, the men ordered two employees and one male customer into a back room. The suspects then forced an employee to turn over 40 Apple and Samsung phones off a shelf as well as approximately $1500 in cash from a safe. Video surveillance shows the employee doing this as the customer is made to lie down on the floor nearby with his head down.

The first suspect is described as black, between 30 to 40 years-old, around 5 ft. 11 ins., approximately 270 lbs. and has facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The other suspect is black, approximately 25 years-old, around 5 ft. 9 ins. and approximately 170lbs. He was last seen wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).  The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at http://www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.

Incumbents are Corrupt and have gone too far! Cuomo blaming De Blasio for return to crime ridden '70's is a lie. Using the same law firm for all the deals is a dead giveaway.

Call it what it is! Using violent crime to push out millions of us New Yorkers for "New Stabilizers that live in Global Corporate Neighborhoods"

First Hudson Yards and PCVST is slated second, all started by the former mayor.

“The Hudson Yards development is at the core of a pioneering new neighborhood..."

Crime in PCVST is up, to force us out?! Where is law enforcement? We are more violent crime ridden then ever! Rapes, gunpoint robberies, drunken parties, female student assaulted in Stuy Town apartment. Campus security system Cuomo makes us pay for is not working.

Don't count on the District Attorney office, biggest backer is Blackstone.

PCVST was safer with the original security guard.

Corporate criminals are keeping their own guard in our Elected Offices, putting the Elected Office and Justice out of citizen's reach.

Can't argue results. Less affordable housing, less small businesses and first of "pioneering" Corporate New Stabilizer neighborhoods built by Paul Weiss Rifkind - Hudson Yards.

Top law enforcement office in NY wastes citizen's resources to help business billionaire backer Hotel Industry, real estate developers. Team Cuomo biggest agenda item Casinos and Conventions Centers for Hotel Industry and developers.

Agenda requiring removal, displacement of NYC citizens. The opposite of what Office of Gov and Office of AG is supposed to be used - protecting citizen's homes / businesses.

Elected offices are not being used for Citizen's Justice(although PR spun to look it). Citizen's Elected Offices are used solely for business interests and political advancement by a corrupt team of incumbents. Preet Bharara's job is just beginning and we must vote out the incumbents to help rid of corruption.

NY Citizens deserve an AG that will use Office of AG for Justice.

Ex: Absurd waste of elected resources should be quelled with new Assemblyman Dean Murray new legislation. Casino interests should find another way to deal with fair market competition than abusing Citizen's AG Office.

Bought and paid for in spades.

"A leading lobbyist and two business execs who avoided prosecution by cooperating with the government in corruption cases against Sheldon Silver and Dean and Adam Skelos have donated more than $800,000 in campaign cash to elected officials statewide, records show.

The since-tainted funds went to three of New York’s current top officials: Gov. Cuomo, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli, as well as Mayor de Blasio, according to election filings."

Is AG Office in personal vendetta war on Verizon? The Office can only pursue investigation if citizens complain. The AG is soliciting complaints from citizens. Some see a bullying attempt to get Verizon to do a favor for him?

Gross misuse of Citizens and AG Office. Hunting for a problem, while ignoring existing problems, like increase in PCVST violent and white collar crimes.

Has the power of Office gone to his head, believing he holds power and not the Office he occupies? It is an Office with Powers, presently in hands of bought-and-paid-for Occupant. What other ways has the Citizen's AG Office been misused?

Including "investigation" of Cablevision is a ruse. Dolan, Long Island billionaires are biggest team Cuomo / Schneiderman backers / Dolan MSG just hired Cuomo "enforcer" fixer in newly made-up executive job to increase brand events and Cuomo is approving real estate expansion for MSG Penn Station external traffic for event parties.

Before fixer enforcer Percoco, was this gem:

"Successful airport company builds Cuomoland connections

The company that replaced fast food with iPad-orderable tuna nicoise at New York airport restaurants has become a political heavyweight in New York.

In the past year, the company known as OTG (which stands for "on the go") has hired two of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s top aides.

Since 2010, OTG has spent more than $269,500 on lobbyists, according to Reinvent Albany, a good-government group. The company and its C.E.O., Eric Blatstein, contributed more than $77,000 to Cuomo's 2014 campaign, and also 100 iPads to a nonprofit chaired by Cuomo’s sister."

    http://www.capitalnewyork.com/article/albany/2015/04/8565910/successful-airport-company-builds-cuomoland-connections

Since 2010 (also big year for Tishman Committee to Save New York) New York sees less justices reached for NY citizens while great results for real estate and hotel industry from the AG Office.

Yes La Guardia needs to be better, but that is more for convention centers, casinos and college campus travelers, not tourists coming to unique neighborhoods of small businesses and native NY residents. Corrupt pols are putting money into transportation hubs for Corporate business (Penn Station, La Guardia, Grand Central) while pushing us out for Pioneering Corporate New Neighborhoods.

  6. We, PCVST NYC Citizens, are not Stupid! (part 3)

Top Electeds that are supposed to protect and further Citizen's quality of life, are abusing power of elected offices for casino, corporation, and developer convention centers while quality of life for NY citizens is decimated, wiped off the face of the NY map. The results speak volumes.

Big winners in their agenda - developers, convention centers, hotel industry, casinos, liquor companies.

Biggest lobbyist for Casinos is literally in the middle of Gov and AG Office.

Big losers in current Gov / AG led New York - CITIZENS! Anyone who exposes the truth gets the full wrath of the fixers.

They are building a NY of casinos, conventions centers, corporate neighborhoods - with Event Spaces for Corporate Brand boondoggles - a big Commercialized Playground for very wealthy and new breed of tourists, global corporation young and mid-level executives on Corporate expense accounts. Nothing great. Typical industrial parks / compounds.

First Hudson Yards with PCVST is slated to be the next. Same financing scheme by Paul Weiss.
"There’s been nothing like this since Stuy Town,” Lenobel told The Real Deal, referring to the scale of the Hudson Yards project and comparing it to Tishman Speyer and BlackRock’s $5.4 billion acquisition in 2006 of the sprawling East Side housing complex."
    http://therealdeal.com/blog/2013/08/16/anatomy-of-a-deal-inside-relatedoxfords-unusual-hudson-yards-financing/

Paul Weiss resumes expose almost every NYC real estate deal while representing all sides, buyers, sellers, money backers.
    http://www.paulweiss.com/professionals/partners-and-counsel/meredith-j-kane.aspx

This is not Progress. This is a typical average hostile Corporate Takeover - this time it is a takeover of NYC small businesses and communities.

AG and Gov Offices are used solely to Commercialize entire of NYC by removing small businesses and current resident citizens to replace us with Global Corporate Headquarters, Global Corporate dominated living neighborhoods, Global Corporate Events (and the low level antics it brings with it). Like nationwide drunk fest Santa Con that has government backers and a few politicians getting themselves headlines pretending to oppose it while behind closed doors allowing it.

Corporate boondoggles, political conventions, super bowls attract the sleaziest of industries, the sex industry of prostitutes otherwise called "brand ambassadors" and "hostesses"

Biggest problem in Corrupt New York is Tainted Occupants in Elected Offices of Power. What they do is illegal. What they attract is Illegal.

I guess that makes them ILLEGAL OCCUPANTS!

De Blasio praised Garodnick TA partnership at ABNY breakfast for "preserving more than 5,000 apartments at Stuyvesant Town–Peter Cooper Village"

"I want to thank Council Member and Stuy Town resident Dan Garodnick, who is here today, and the Stuy Town-Peter Cooper Village Tenants Association, for their partnership."

    http://www.blackstarnews.com/ny-watch/politics/mayor-de-blasio-highlights-nycs-recovery-and-highlights-challenge

They did not save 5000. They orchestrated loss of 6000. Everyone knows TA law firm Paul Weiss is running CW PCVST golub claim investigation.

Garodnick TA ran fake legal clinic, while TA law firm Paul Weiss Rifkind crafted golub cases against innocent PCVST tenants, with De Blasio and Schneiderman. Hope Urban Justice was not in the scam but their credibility and reputation is ruined.

They PR spun a fake battlefield, falsely accusing PCVST community of running illegal hotels; crafted false golub claims that are too expensive for PCVST tenant to fight in court (which are ruled by AG and Governor).

TRUTH is 5000 apartments saved because tenants reject Garodnick Paul Weiss TA plan and survived Garodnick AG TA Paul Weiss De Blasio false golub claim assaults.

TA bragged investigating tenants in 2012 - pr spun a fake illegal hotel problem while ignoring a real illegal chopped dorms problem.

    http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/22/nyregion/stuyvesant-town-sleuths-keep-vigil-against-illegal-hoteliers-in-their-midst.html

5/20/14 Schneiderman used power of AG office to help BFF Kane TA law firm Paul Weiss create cases against PCVST tenants:
Deputy Internet Chief Internet Bureau Clark Russell sent subpoena to Airbnb General Counsel Belinda Johnson demanding current and future information be provided to TA law firm Paul Weiss - Roberta Kaplan and De Blasio's OSE (top paragraph page 2) to "investigate" harass and or set up PCVST tenants with last summer CW notices - giving themselves a 12 month window in the subpoena to create fake evidence

    to be continued

    ReplyDelete
  13. continued
At fake legal clinic Garodnick, Steinberg told tenants to give personal private facts to prove themselves instead of telling CW DKC Moriarty to prove their golub claim. In other words help Paul Weiss create case against tenants by giving CW TA Paul Weiss Rifkind any, all proof of residency so they can see what you don't have and use that to create false case.

Steinberg said "tenants with specific cases will still need to hire an attorney"

Steinberg didn't say is her law firm Paul Weiss, AG office staff and mayor's office OSE are opposing you in court - not CW.

Taking Susan Steinberg's advice hiring a lawyer to go against her TA law firm Paul Weiss OSE AG army would only attract a corrupt lawyer who wants to take thousands from a tenant while helping TA AG OSE PWF set up the tenant with false claim.

No ethical lawyer would take costly risk of helping PCVST tenant against De Blasio OSE, Garodnick TA lawyers Paul Weiss and Cuomo's top law office AG Schneiderman army because it would cost years dragged in court and large loss of money for them and tenant.

Everyone who survived PCVST court battle beat the army of violent opposition from OSE, office staff + AG Schneiderman, teams of lawyers at Paul Weiss, their pocket judges; working together to kick us out and dig up the property.

PCVST TA law firm Paul Weiss Rifkind works for TA on cases against PCVST tenants.

    http://town-village.com/2015/08/18/legal-clinic-to-be-held-on-nonrenewal-notices-succession/

    http://www.ag.ny.gov/pdfs/OAG_Airbnb_Letter_of_Agreement.pdf

They can't PR spin a way out of the 5/20/2014 AG subpoena for TA law firm Paul Weiss against PCVST tenants.

Bharara can't prosecute all corruption out of NY city, state government.

We have to vote out ALL incumbents because sometimes the devil you know is worse than the devil you don't.

De Blasio says "Protecting our people – anywhere they are – is the first and foremost responsibility of government"

People need protection from the NY government.

PCVST TA board, their PR and law firm, fake illegal hotel problem, false golub claims, fake legal clinic to help TA law firm Paul Weiss Rifkind gather evidence from tenants to craft cases against innocent tenants all thanks to subpoena from AG 5/20/2014.

Paul Weiss, De Blasio OSE AG office crafted golub investigations while hiding behind CW.

CW didn't do shit but they got paid a lot to take the blame.

    ReplyDelete
  14. It does seem CW is taking the blame to let the real culprits doing the dirty deeds keep their public persona shiny and squeaky clean. Makes you think twice about our Albany rally. We didn't get good results for renters. The politicians got good headlines and even photos with handcuffs appearing like advocates for People but they didn't get results. It would be more impressive if Jumaane Williams or Brad Hoylman called out Bill Mulrow and Rob Speyer, and the Partnership for NY and Committee to Save NY. The Albany protest looks like it was disingenuous at best.

Tishman Speyer is no angel but they could not do what they did to PCV ST without the AG office support and the Office of the Governor support and Bill Mulrow as head of housing.

As much as we blame Tishman and CW, they can do what they do because of how Cuomo and Schneiderman are using their offices, giving the People less than nothing and the developers all the support of our Governor's office and the Office of Attorney General.

Lower level politicians are playing along, doing what lower level politicians do to get to the upper levels - pretend to advocate for the people while garnering no results for the people.

Seems like a few smart republicans are pushing back in Staten Island on the Governors big giveaways for little returns and shady financing of developers.

  16. The corrupt New York politicians created the perfect storm in Stuy Town. Everyone in RE made lots of money and there are no lifeboats for tenants to protect themselves. The DA and AG are MIA for tenants and the NYPD commissioner Bratton let us all know his bias at the REBNY gala. Someone greased wheels at DOB to get all those apartments chopped. Of course we are a disgusting sperm bank.

We learned a lot from the Skelos Trial, the politicians like big storms and to keep the People in a condition of suffering. It gives politicians opportunity for headlines and profits for their friends and themselves.

None of them are solving any problems and all of them are perpetuating all the problems People face.

NY politicians have Munchausen by proxy and it is making them very rich and us very poor. They are sick, twisted and corrupt.

“Listen, everybody connected with this property is making a lot of money,” said Greg Cross, an attorney for CWCapital.

    http://town-village.com/

No Mr Cross, everybody connected with the property is not making a lot of money. The real estate folks are. The people living in the homes you pillaged are losing a lot of money and the huge amount of money real estate folks are making is probably illegal!

"In the aftermath of a major rain storm on Long Island, Adam Skelos picked up his phone and called his dad, State Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos.

Adam Skelos -- who worked for a storm drain company -- acted like it was raining money.

"Some major water problems here with all the flooding going on,'' the enthusiastic son told the father. "I Love it!" "Keep it coming Mother Nature! Keep it coming!"

The problem for the Skelos family is that there was an unwanted third party on their party line listening to them laugh about a flood – the FBI."

  17. The Urban Justice Legal Clinic was unethical and Garodnick as a lawyer has to know that. Pretending to be on the side of tenants and telling them to hand over all their evidence of residency to the law firm putting together the case against the tenant is despicable. I hope no tenant followed Garodnick and Steinberg's advice meeting with CW lawyers who probably just handed it all over to Paul Weiss to build cases against tenants using only time periods where the tenants was away on business or days or a week where the tenant was home in sick in bed and could not prove their existence with a store receipt. Tenants do not have to prove their residency. Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton Ms Kaplan and Ms Kane have to prove their golub claim. On a relevant side note, Brad Hoylman considers Roberta Kaplan a brilliant friend and Eric Schneiderman and Meredith Kane we all know are best Harvard chums.

  19. Susan Steinberg, Aki Younge and Dan Garodnick should have disclosed to the hundreds of tenants at the clinic that it was their law firm Paul Weiss who was building the cases against the tenants sitting in the audience. Most if not all of the tenants at the forum are RS and older and simply being harassed. It is the younger transient fly over tenants that are renting their rooms and apartments during spring break, semesters away, weekends and summers.

How many golub notices were sent to older RS and how many went to transient youths? Something stinks in the free legal clinic.

New York’s next big corruption scandal

Hence, to avoid further corruption, Cuomo’s award on Dec. 10 of about $50 million in capital grants and state tax credits to Nassau County for government and private-sector projects must be postponed until Mangano’s recommendations — like the $3 million for county-owned Nassau Hub infrastructure improvements and Grumman studios run by a Mangano donor — are vetted to ensure they weren’t driven by cronyism or campaign contributions.

While the mounting scandals might force Mangano to resign from office, his misguided and reckless decisions will have long-term consequences.

Current taxpayers, their children and grandchildren will be paying off the debt incurred to finance his hijinks for decades to come.

Wells Fargo scores a hat trick in Stuy Town deal
Bank involved with seller, broker and buyers of $5.3B complex

    By Konrad Putzier

    http://therealdeal.com/blog/2015/12/10/wells-fargo-scores-a-hat-trick-in-stuy-town-deal/

Fast forward more than 150 years and the gold is all gone, but Wells Fargo now finds itself at the center of a potentially even more lucrative industry: the New York multifamily market. Its outsized influence in the Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village deal emphasizes this: the bank was the master servicer and lead lender under the old ownership, it owns Eastdil Secured, the firm that brokered the transaction, and it is also originating the acquisition loan for the new buyers.

What makes Wells Fargo’s involvement somewhat unusual is that it also played a big role under the old ownership. The bank is the master servicer on two CMBS loans totaling $1.75 billion that financed Tishman Speyer and BlackRock’s acquisition of Stuy Town in 2006, meaning it accounted for a large chunk of the $3 billion in debt on the property. After Tishman Speyer and BlackRock defaulted in 2010, special servicer CWCapital took control of the property on behalf of the lenders.

Sources said Wells Fargo played no significant role in the sales negotiations this year, which were driven by CWCapital. But as the master servicer tasked with making sure CMBS bondholders get paid, the bank likely still held some sway.

TO NYC Council Member Dan Garodnick and PCVST TA Board elected to protect their neighbors/constituents:

Just like Mayor Bloomberg 2006, you betrayed your PCVST neighbors/constituents by aligning with Wall Street/REBNY predators killing off our historic PCVST middle class community to exploit and squeeze every conceivable nickel out of PCVST.

Worse than Mayor Bloomberg 2006, you actually financed the 2nd Wall Street/REBNY predatory transaction by delivering PCVST middle class residents' exclusive access to $2.7 billion Fannie/Freddie purchase funding to Wall Street/REBNY predators instead of your PCVST neighbors/constituents.

Middle Class PCVST residents should own both the entire PCVST complex and their individual PCVST homes, not Wall Street/REBNY predators supported by Garodnick and the TA.

There are not hundreds of illegal hotels in PCVST.

No transients have a place in Stuyvesant Town, not dorms, not illegal hotels, not craigsliosts occupants or any occupants at all.

Hundreds of rent stabilized tenants were harassed with false claims last summer. Harassment has no place in Stuyvesant Town.

I think the Paul Weiss / Attorney General subpoena combined with the thousands of golubs sent in 2007 and push-out of hundreds of RS tenants with golub notices this summer speaks volumes to the Governor, Attorney General and Paul Weiss intentions against RS tenants and the Steinberg Garodnick Youngue clinic to solicit private information from tenants could only be to identify gaps in proof of residency (vacations away or business trips)to use those dates to create a doubt of residency without having any real proof as a means to harasss and intimidate the tenant into giving up their apartment home. If Steinberg Garodnick Youngue were on the side of innocent tenants and not part of the harassment of us they would have demanded Paul Weiss prove their claim which has obvious gaps or they would not solicit information from tenants. At least Youngue was horrified at the sheer volume of tenants harassed was far greater than what she was told by Garodnick Steinberg. But hey as CW says, "everybody" involved in the real estate of Stuy Town made a lot of money off of us and that is what it was all about all along - take everything you can from the tenants in any way you want, to get them to leave the property.

  37. I noticed that STR doesn't like to post things when other people call each other names, but it is OK for him to call that blogger, or whatever he or she is, stupid.
Oh wait, I know, it's because it his website and he controls everything.

Sorry, STR. I retract that comment. It was the 2:43 genius. My mistake.

  39. Agree! WAY too much (ILLEGAL) pot smoking going on around here.

"Whiskey bottles, and brand new cars
Oak tree you're in my way
There's too much coke and too much smoke
Look what's going on inside you
    Ooooh that smell
    Can't you smell that smell
    Ooooh that smell"

    Happy Holidays everyone!

This is fucking insane Illuminati bullshit with not a shred of proof. You post this shit all the time at this blog. Where you even at the meeting? I doubt it. This is slander. And what’s with all the double/triple spacing per each sentence on your posts? And we are ALL still waiting on you for that video "proof" of the NYU students confessing their undying "allegiance” to John Marsh to fuck with long term tenants, another bullshit conspiracy theory. And, full disclosure, what’s’ your financial interest with Airbnb NYC? It seems you have wood for them.

    I'll repeat Atomic's post:

"So, lemme see if I goth this right... Danny Boy and the TA created a fake legal aid clinic to collect damaging information on tenants to pass on to the landlord to help them evict said tenants?

Right. And the Apollo 11 lunar landing was broadcast from the Mojave Desert. And the Twin Towers are still there, just covered over with invisible paint!

STR, it's great that you keep this an open forum, letting all sides speak their minds, but this sort of delusional, paranoid conspiratory bullshit diminishes the site's credibility."

    Re this seperate post:

    “There are thousands of dorms."

This is true. But as per NYS RS law it is all legal. If there are more than 3 unrelated adults living in an apartment, it is illegal under NYC law. But this is very difficult to enforce since CWC/CR, like TS before, lists only a max of three names on the lease and/or as occupants.

“There are thousands of students renting rooms on craigslist”.

Yes, I see that them all the time on my Google PCVST alerts, not a carpet covering to be seen as well. To get building access ID’s, they have to be listed as “Occupants" so, again, still NYS RS law legal as long as the occupancy (NYC law) does not exceed three adults. The reason this has happened? Vacancy decontrol. Until this is fixed at the NYS RS law level, nothing will change here. So don’t waste your time beating up on the dead, the TA and Danny Boy, focus on the 2016 NYS wide elections

  41. 6:36 you have gone mad. All the comments say the same thing in different ways. All transients are bad for this community. The PCV ST problem is student housing in chopped up apartments. No one likes any transients, not Airbnb or Dorms but the facts are that Airbnb is not a problem in PCV ST while Dorms are. And the dorms are being ignored and allowed by Danny and de Blasio / Shorris. We simply do not have an Airbnb problem here, the long term tenants are not renting out their apartments and rooms but the students are. We were in the meeting and there were mostly long term tenants. Not a lot of students.

I like his spacing so giving it a try. What dorm video with Marsh? Did we miss something?

  42. Agree. Schneideman and Paul Weiss Roberta Kaplan are not addressing the transient problem with that subpoena but they are addressing a problem Robbie Speyer had and tried to eliminate then CW Compass Rock then and now Ivanhoe Blackstone - rent stabilized tenants in affordable housing. They are not going after the students renting rooms and stays in Stuyvesant Town apartments who have ads all over skechy craigslist but they are going after older rent stabilized tenants and the golub and Paul Weiss investigations are threatening and invading tenants privacy and peace of mind. It is harassment. Why on earth would the Attorney General use his public office to help the billionaire landlords on what Bloomberg called "private business matter" Bloomberg and Schneideman are contradicting each other on how to use a public office where Bloomberg refuses to step into a private business matter on behalf of tenants and Schneideman crosses lines to step in on behalf of the real estate interests to give information to his frineds at Paul Weiss Meredith Kane and Roberta Kaplan. But both are using public elected offices for the same end result to help the real estate developers and landlords take over the property and kick out long time tenants out to destroy homes for the Paul Weiss east side version of Hudson Yards. That much is obvious from the comments and article links shared. Long time tenants are under attack from elected public offices and Paul Weiss seems to be in the middle of it all, firm for TA, best friends with Schneideman recipient of AG office subpoena, firm for new landlord, firm for Bloomberg Campus Consortium, firm for Rob Speyer Ferry, firm for Ivanhoe Cambridge parent company, deep ties in State and Federal government, all facts, no illuminati theories.

6:36 if you read that subpoena from Clark Russell in the Attorney General office on behalf of Roberta Kaplan that says it all. Do you think Paul Weiss is building cases for Blackstone for all their newly bought Manhattan properties or just for StuyTown PCV? Best guess, Paul Weiss Roberta Kaplan is targeting StuyTown rent stabilized older tenants and not students renting rooms and given it is a year and a half after Schneideman's subpoena they did not find the evidence they want so they are still targeting rent stabilized tenants here and making up the evidence from elsewhere with the help of Albany and the Attorney General Schneideman. Schneideman's Bureau Chief Clark Russell subpoena is damning evidence of an inappropriate relationship between Roberta Clark, Meredith Kane and Eric Schneideman against StuyTown despite the sneaky way they put Roberta Kaplan as the recipient and not Meredith Kane despite them being at one in the same firm. If this were a tax investigation of illegal hotels why is Paul Weiss law firm doing it and not the tax offices? Did the Attorney General office hire and is paying Paul Weiss instead of using tax offices for investigations? How many taxpayer dollars is Schneideman using for that?

Something stinks rotten in all of this. No illuminati. Just rot.

  43. Did they catch the robbers? Can't believe how far PCV ST has fallen or been dragged down to by all the RE.

  44. That is a really good point about Roberta Kaplan and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton.

To whom is Roberta Kaplan at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton billing her time for her biilable hours of work for the Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and his Bureau Chief Clark Russell and Mayor Bill De Blasio Office of Special Enforcement OSE? Is this another secretive payment plan like the one they have with the Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town Association where they say they are only paid if they make the deal with Brookfield on a Tenant led purchase? To whom did Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton bill Meredith Kane's hours Dan Garodnick says she tirelessly put into the Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town Brookfield tenant led purchase? Who really paid those years of bills?
Who is paying the billable hours for the dirty work Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton is doing on the Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Bureau Chief Clark Russell's illegal hotel operation subpoena to Airbnb and why aren't they issuing a subpoena to NYU for the thousands of dorms on behalf of thier "client" the Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town Tenant Association Board of Directors?

The problem of transients is dorms in the thousands and students renting out rooms on craigslist and a zillion other online sites in plain view! Long timer rent stabilized tenants are not the problem here. And why is the Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Bureau Chief Clark Russell calling it a tax investigation when it is nothing more than a golub investigation to evict rent stabilized tenants who cannot afford the cost of fighting fake golubs.
Who is paying Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton for the billable bully hours?
