Important News: Public Safety and ST Workers Will Drive Little Tikes Cars

Management has heard your concerns and beginning next year, PS and ST workers will drive adult-size "Little Tikes" vehicles to go around the property.

"Yes, it was a no-brainer when we at Blackagain looked at it," stated GM Rick Duckalways. "This way, our residents will feel safer, and even those we hit (watch out, seniors!) will laugh about it when they wake up in the hospital."

First, though, a tool attachment on the back will have to be placed on the "Little Tikes."

"It is tough dealing with the population explosion here and all the AirBnb apartments. But where there is a will, there is a way," assured Duckalways.

The new Little Tikes vehicles will begin appearing in February, 2018.

  5. I think there is all kinds of mold. Have it tested, if you can.

  6. Wait, you mean the Leasing Office didn’t mention the black mold?? Shocker.

Yes, there is black mold in the walls of these buildings. Many, but not all, apartments are affected. Get it tested and then when it inevitably is positive, Blackstone will have to do something to remedy.

  7. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE PARKING SPOTS?
It is a nightmare finding a spot now.
You would think the pols would have the DOT make some accommodation for the elderly and handicapped who need their vehicles.
    Any thoughts, STR?

  11. Peter Stuyvesant is on the FB page defending him/herself against the questions about MCI challenges. As a tenant who was here in pre-2006 through today, and as a former management employee during the years that Peter Stuyvesant mentions, I can tell you that the comment is a complete lie. It should be noted that the TA attorney's had nothing to do with the retroactive charges not going through, and it was a fortunate (for us)/unfortunate (for them) situation.

I won't go into the details, but there is a lot more to this story than Peter Stuyvesant is telling (lying). It's also a damn shame that they bring something up from pre-2006, because it really is a matter of "what have you done for me lately?" The answer to that question is NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

  12. Once again, I go outside and see violations. Seen just in the space of a minute, two dogs from outside being walked casually inside ST, and no one is "escorting" them and their owners out. No one.

Hey, Management! I'm tired of sending you messages! Or is that the idea? Get tired and don't send us messages anymore. Ergo, everything is perfect now.

As per the notice that was plastered all over the buildings last week, tomorrow security will be teaming with the NYPD to combat the e-bikes on the property.

Seriously, how stupid can they be for publicizing that? (It would have been a great idea otherwise)

  16. Famous for weakening rent stabilization programs and laws Cuomo has come out into the open with his self serving motives and ways boasting his give away of $420 million to a roomful of Hollywood executives ...who then kicked it back...

Seriously, years of giving away hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to billionaire friends who run billion dollar corporations so they kick back hundreds of thousands even millions to give an appearance they back him,the person, as a candidate. Their emails show they do not back the person or candidate, they back the policy that gives them hundreds of millions in taxpayer money. Cuomo and these Hollywood executives are robbing New Yorkers in what appears to include kickbacks and money laundering aspects where tax credits go to the studios in return contributions go into the coffer to advance his career to the Presidency where at this point there can be no doubting he will hammer the final nail into the coffin of the American Middle Class.

"The two-term governor is also making sure to remind Tinseltown’s deep-pocketed donors tonight like Disney’s Bob Iger that New York provides them with $420 million in tax credits annually. That’s almost $100 million more than what California hands out and the most of any state."

Are you referring to the TA FB page? If so, what thread are you referring to? You also say that the "STPCV Official Facebook Page" on your banner page is the TA FB page. The "STPCV Official Facebook Page" in not the TA FB page. The official (SPS) URL location is this FB page, the "StuyTown" FB page:

You also say on your banner page that the "STPCV Official Website" is the TA webpage. That is also not correct. The "STPCV Official Website" is the SPS webpage (not TA) and this is that URL address location:

Same goes for REBNY/Wall Street predators bankrolling Cuomo, de Blasio and Cuomo's protégé-errand boy Garodnick, who dutifully hijacked and bankrolled the once effective now disgraced, incredibly conflicted PCVST TA Board.

After trying and failing to rake in multiple billion dollar windfalls pushing a historic, world renowned, middle class community out of PCVST, greedy REBNY predator Speyer formed and deposited $1 Million graft money into a nonprofit political slush fund bankrolling Cuomo. REBNY/Wall Street predators also deposited $$$,$$$ graft money into nonprofit political slush funds bankrolling De Blasio and Garodnick, who dutifully deposited graft money into a nonprofit political slush bankrolling the disgraced, incredibly conflicted TA Board he hijacked. To protect themselves and the predators, corrupt politicians passed laws allowing predators to deposit huge amounts of graft money into nonprofit political slush funds controlled by graft taking politicians they bankroll and own. It's called Legal Bribery.

The graft paying predators and graft taking elected officials, including the disgraced, incredibly conflicted PCVST TA Board, retained and shared the same P.R. Lobbyists coordinating schemes, moving money, manipulating media, crafting and maintaining a false narrative pretending graft taking elected officials were working 24/7/365 protecting middle class PCVST residents against greedy, salivating REBNY/Wall Street predators circling their endangered homes - the exact opposite of what actually took place.

Working separately and together, graft taking NYS/NYC politicians and the disgraced, incredibly conflicted TA Board, all elected to protect us against REBNY/Wall Street predators Speyer, Moelis, Brookfield, Fortress and Blackstone, betrayed and disenfranchised all of their 25,000 middle class PCVST constituents (neighbors to backstabbing Garodnick-TA Board) by needlessly tossing the entire PCVST complex, including our 11,230 middle class homes, right back into the teeth of the same REBNY/Wall Street predators bankrolling them. Worst of all, they ensured greedy Wall Street predator Blackstone will succeed where greedy REBNY predator Speyer failed. The graft taking elected officials virtually guaranteed in-writing Blackstone will successfully rake in multiple billion dollar windfalls executing Speyer's business plan pushing the historic, world renowned, middle class community out of PCVST. The graft paying predators, graft taking elected officials and their P.R. Lobbyists are all falsely proclaiming the destruction of our historic, middle class PCVST community is somehow a "historic middle class victory" and the "mother of all preservation deals" --- VOMIT NOW!

  25. The only quality of life that counts is theirs 1

The demise-of-SuyTown puppetmasters who pull the strings of the REBNY, Silicon Valley, Hospital /Insurance Industry who in turn are the puppetmasters who bully and pull the strings of Albany and City Hall and as we all saw even Washington DC when MetLife's Benmosche went to AIG to justify the Bush taxpayer bailout that also handed hundreds of millions to AIG heads are in this photo, The Benmosches, Finks, Langones. They, with their extended social clique, are behind every infraction from quality of life to legal infractions:

    https://manhattan.smugmug.com/keyword/fink;denise/

When AIG executives in the social clique pillaged, stole, defrauded hoarded from millions of victims, Benmosche was brought out of MetLife retirement to make AIG workers feel good about itself by raising morale, something he did by firing half the employees to cut costs. He defends AIG crimes citing how dangerous it is for executive families whose homes are under seige by the victimized angry public while Benmosche put our homes and us in the very same position. It OK to attack the middle class homes but not OK for executives to endure the same treatment from the victims they robbed.

STR was and is correct in that Benmosche put the wheels in motion that destroyed this community in a diabolical plan. A ruthless, cunning, deceitful plan.

He bullied Politicians and robbed the People in the cover up of the AIG crimes even using a vulgar anatomy boast.

  26. The only quality of life that counts is theirs 2

Who pays the price for the 1% lifestyle whose fortunes are made not by business prowess but by nefarious means?

Two weeks after being hired pay back the George W taxpayer bailout, Benmosche vacationed at his palace built in 1934 for the treasurer to the king of Yugoslavia

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ex1yzBN6prM

"The Obama administration was horrified by the headlines about the “tone deaf” vacationing CEO as well as the interview Benmosche subsequently gave to Reuters, in which he showed off Villa Splendid’s twelve bathrooms (“Women go wild when they walk in here”). And they were livid the following Monday, when Bloomberg began publishing a series of articles about the town-hall meeting he’d given in Houston, during which he blamed federal regulators for the financial crisis and spelled out what he’d say if he ever got in a room with Andrew Cuomo, who’d threatened to subpoena the names of Financial Products employees receiving bonuses.

(“I will tell you, there won’t be a nice word.”) Or if the “crazies” in Washington talked to him like they did Liddy. (“You can stick it where the sun don’t shine.”)

Millstein called Benmosche in Croatia. “You’ve got to stop,” he said wildly.

“I have stopped,” Benmosche said serenely. Millstein could hear the cicadas chirping in the background. Benmosche explained that the reporter had gotten hold of a tape of the town hall and was publishing one quote at a time.

    Millstein stopped breathing. “There’s more?”

There was just one more thing, about a meeting that weekend where Benmosche had boasted that “a part of his anatomy was bigger than the government’s.”

  27. The only quality of life that counts is theirs 3

There is a fundamental societal structure flaw in democracy when insurance industry heads are billionaires living in castles built for royalty and those with insurance policies are denied hospitals, medical care; denied treatment as a standard insurance industry practice and policy to keep costs down while hospitals are closing like Brooklyn’s Long Island College Hospital and ST Vincents. Two hospital-for-empty-luxury-condo closings deblasio protested while Public Advocate he then as Mayor closed for Rudin and Levey.

Obama may have been bullied but deblasio was calculating and cunning to benefit from the Benmosches Clique.

As angry as we are being bullied out of our homes, this Clique bullies everyone, even politicians.

As misguided as Obama's Treasury guy Milstein was for being angry at "appearances" the public is angrier at not just appearances but the clique's actions whose consequences we repeatedly suffer as evident in the last election.

The only way to win back the Public is with ACTIONS. Not words, not advertising cheap cheesy slogans, not promises of hope, not messages, but real ACTIONS garnering real RESULTS against bullies.

The actions that cost all middle class homes all across the country that are now owned by the photographed trios social clique and now part of the next crisis, the rental market crash that the government will again use taxpayer dollars to bailout.

MetLife, Benmosche, Speyer their whole little clique is why quality of life is what it is for us under ownership by Schwarzman while theirs gets better and better.

How, in America, with American Rights, have millions lost right to health care and right to a home / shelter?

Maybe it as is Benmosche blurted "“I’ll tell you exactly what I said,” says Benmosche. “I said, ‘They may have big balls, but my balls are bigger.’ ”

  35. That is a very revealing article, what a bully and manipulator with anger management mental health issues.

His morals are not at all surprising, with his Boca Raton "various female companions" lifestyle.

His low opinion of women rivals his low opinion of the American government where he uses the Indiana Jones film comparison saying he sees himself as Indiana Jones with a gun and the American government as idiots with swords. He then goes on to brag about going to AIG to help the poor AIG executives get their big bonuses.

"Benmosche was so notoriously frugal that soon after they got married, his wife Denise granted him a divorce just to avoid unfavorable tax laws. “We were in the hotel in Santo Domingo, and I said, ‘Oh, look, honey, we can get a divorce for $400,’ ” she says. “I knew if we didn’t go through with it, he would be so angry come April 15.” Benmosche pulls a sitcom-husband face.

They remarried the following year, although for the past ten they’ve had what he calls an “off-and-on relationship” that seems, at least in Croatia, to be mostly on. Still, Denise lives in Manhattan, while Benmosche, who has various “female companions,” lives mainly in tax-friendly Boca Raton.

I’m wondering how rude it would be to ask if finances had anything to do with their not getting a second divorce ..."
