Out of Service

Not even when all residents were paying rents that were truly rent-stabilized was this acceptable. How does a management company treat its residents like this? How does a management company try to impress prospective tenants that ST/PCV is a fine place to live? How does a management company take any pride in a result like this? Or does the management company agree that we have project living now and that everyone should be content with this result?

This isn't a management company. This is a bunch of shysters who call themselves a management company! They are robbing the property blind!

huh? Is this a new site?

Agree this property is not being managed. It is being pilfered.

It's called Laundryview. Go to the MacGray website.

I call our property manager for my building when the machines are broken (which is 99.9% of the time)
Property Managers hate these kinds of calls, so please call the property manager of your building and email them as well as contacting Mac Gray.
You can contact the Stuy Town office for the contact in your building.

I certainly agree we shouldn't have to do this but unfortunately we do!

A neighbor told me she found a used condom in the washing machine in the laundry room
in her building. Real class, huh?
She tried to call management but was put on hold for ten minutes so she hung up. I guess the college bros are practicing not only safe sex but clean sex...hahaha...so funny...so sad.

"A neighbor told me she found a used condom in the washing machine "

Should have taken a picture and emailed it to management.

I found an empty condom wrapper (the gold foil sparkled in the sunlight) in the planted area outside a building. I've found diapers in the laundry. I've found food and money. Really, it's one-stop shopping because that diaper had been through the wash cycle. Who needs Airbnb when you can scavenge the washers and dryers for things to resell? Fair warning to those who don't bother to claim their laundry: look for your delicate unmentionables and other items on eBay.

This is a direct result of leasing to "garbage-like" tenants.
Soo proud to live here. Aren't you?

I hear they just added insult to injury by raising the prices of the washers! They really like to shit in our faces, don't they? Despicable bastards!

That "Laundryview" app hasn't worked in years. It is a total waste of time.
