Home Sweet Home - 2

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This is what "greets" me when I exit my building. The mattresses have been there for a least two days. Before that, there were other uncovered mattresses in that place. Also if you just need to go to the bathroom, there are dirty toilets that you can use on the other loop from 14th Street. They are also "sitting" there. Nice going, Blackstone. Thank you for your consideration.

Everything here is fake. The PS force is window dressing; the apartments are uninsulated and drafty and expose the fakeness of the sensor system that is supposed to regulate the heating. The General Manager is fake because behind the affable demeanour beats a heart of ice. The TA is fake because it does NOTHING for residents - and excepts us to pay them dues for doing nothing. Everything here is as fake as a degree from Trump University.

Why are they selling Christmas crap when there is plenty of it available off the property and being sold by small businesses that need the money? Because they are greedy, grubbing, ruthless bloodsuckers who want to get their filthy hands on every penny and have totally no qualms about how they do it. They are morally bankrupt. The General Manager must be as morally bankrupt as the company he works for because he oversees all this.

Yes he obviously is.

Everything here is tacky and overboard. Under Met Life all we had were pretty lighted trees in the oval and daffodils in the spring. The oval was clean and pristine not to mention the dog crap and litter strewn about other parts of the property. Never saw anything like this. And the suckers on the TA page eat it up.

I wasn’t commenting on you STR, I didn’t even see you post anything critical on the events of last night. It was in reference to Stand up and Fights comment.

I should have been more clear!

He is also an advocate for the useless TA.

I agree with the sentiments of “Stand up and Fight” but with 10 or so residents who really care and most of the community transients and students what are you really able to do. Those people who “stood up and fought” would find themselves harassed and worse. You can only fight if you have a strong TA and numbers which we certainly do not have.

To: 11/22/18 re: Noise.
first, PS will not help you. The process is too cumbersome. Even if they verify the noise and send the reports over to legal it will take forever befoe something substantial is done.
Talk to someone in management about carpeting.
Second, did you ever talk to these tenants? Go u there and see (listen) to the noise to be sure it's coming from them. Sounds really do travel and before you report them make sure it's from them.

We all know how vital sleep is to physical and mental health. Class cction lawsuit anyone?
