Our landlord, BLACKSTONE, can't handle Stuy Town and Peter Cooper Village. There is a lack of enforcement of certain "rules," and no amount of notice to this alleviates the problems. We are continually being told half-truths and fabrications. And we have no viable Tenants organization, despite our TA asking for dues all the time. So far, the politicians have proven to be basically useless. A typical New York story.

So Just What is the Rug Policy?
I was going to post on something else (will do tomorrow), but in checking the official PCVST website for anything about the new dog policy (no success), I came across a few "sales pitch" photos I've not seen for the complex, the above of a Peter Cooper Village "Classic" living room and bedroom. We've seen photos like this before, which say one thing, but the reality is different (or should be different according to one's lease). If anyone gets into trouble for not having appropriate rug covering in their apartment, they should bring up these bs photos.

You mean there are people over the age of 25 on their web sites? Amazing.
Those are the seniors of the crowd that are new tenants.
I thought they were Renee and Tony showing off their 80 percent carpeting coverage. Whatta joke.
Rose is a two-faced evil creature. Rose and Jerry's Lard Ass are two of a kind.
As you were.
They moved all the dead trees inside!
No high heeled footsies like the Stuy Town web site? Live it up!
Quick! Someone call security! All the radiators, ACs and pipes have been stolen from these photos!
LOL Scam artists!
Is that what they're doing with all the dog urin? Staining the walls with it. Pee Pee-licous!
Did you see that? I just added "licous" to the end of a real word. Can I be an Oval event planner too?!
